Protect Nature for a Better Future

 

An environment is everything that is around us, which includes both living and nonliving things like soil, water, animals, and plants, which adapt themselves to the surroundings. The environment plays an important role in life on the planet earth. It provides us with fresh air that we breathe, water that we drink, food that we eat, and other needs to survive. So, it is important for us to save and protect it from any harm.

We are exploiting the environment with activities that harm the environment and we are also overusing the resources. Our environment is facing some seriously concerning problems such as pollution that can cause heart disease lung cancer and respiratory diseases. It can be air, water soil, and plastic pollution. Improper waste disposal is also one of the problems affecting the environment mostly the marine ecosystem. Some people dumped their waste in the rivers which has a toxic substance that may lead to depletion of oxygen in the water. The world is now facing a serious issue of global warming wherein deforestation is one of the causes of it. They cut trees without even thinking of the effects on the environment.

We must not wait for more destruction on our environment, we should act now before it is too late. Planting trees should give massive attention. Growing more trees would mean better life quality. It will control landslides, floods, and soil erosion. The government must also ensure to clean the streets and other polluted areas. They should also make sure that people must dispose of their wastes properly. Conserving the environment would certainly improve the health of the people and protect the animals. The environment has helped us and other living beings to flourish and grow from thousands of years that we can't repay our entire life. Without the blanket of the environment, we won't be able to survive. Therefore, we must protect, save and take care of our mother earth.
